Sticky notes
For Base
Sticky notes you can pin over the picture. Click one and type; [P] pins it so it stays while you play, [x] deletes it. Notes survive restarts. A base mod: no cartridge, always on.

Uploaded by somebody else, and not checked by hand before it appeared. Reports are read and acted on, which is not the same as it having been vetted.
You can look before you run it: a mod is a package, and the desktop client ships an unpacking tool that opens one up so you can read what is inside.
